Steady Mind
108 names recited daily settle the mind into one rhythm.
श्री बाबा बालक नाथ अष्टोत्तरशतनामावली
The Ashtottara Shatanamavali — one hundred and eight sacred names of the eternal child-yogi of Deotsidh. Each name a lamp; together, a garland for the heart.
One hundred and eight is the count of a full mala — the breath of the universe held in the hand. The Shatanamavali offers each name as one bead, one breath, one return to His feet. Recited slowly with a flower or a grain of rice offered before His image, the Ashtottara takes roughly twelve minutes — the right length for the morning lamp, or the evening before sleep.
Read each name slowly. Pause briefly between them.
