First Sitting
An unhurried introduction. Settle the body, follow the breath, and discover how little is required to begin.
Om Namah Shivaya
The five-syllable mantra of Shiva, offered slowly — like a bell rung in the distance of the heart.
So Hum Stillness
Inhale: So. Exhale: Hum. I am That. Syllables that ride the breath, requiring nothing of you.
The Inner Flame
A steady golden flame at the centre of the chest. Each breath is wind that does not move it.
Heart of Devotion
Sit before the beloved form of Baba Balak Nath Ji as a child sits before a parent — soft, trusting, near.
Sleep of the Yogi
Lie down. Let the body become heavy. Move attention through the body, awake within the rest.
Until then — sit anyway
The greatest teacher is your own quiet. Light a lamp, sit upright, follow the breath for five minutes. The audio will come; the practice need not wait.
