Lie flat on the back. Adjust the props — a folded blanket beneath the head, a bolster beneath the knees, a covering over the body. Let the eyes close. Settle the weight.
A guided descent through the layers of the self. The body sleeps; awareness remains. One hour of practice is said to renew the system like four hours of ordinary sleep.
Find a quiet hour. Headphones are recommended. Lie down with a blanket.
