Sukhasana

Easy Seat

Sit cross-legged on a folded blanket. Lengthen the spine as if a thread were drawing the crown skyward. Rest the hands on the knees, palms upward in chin mudra. Close the eyes and arrive.

ModificationIf the hips are tight, sit on a higher cushion or against a wall.
